Ombré brows also known as Powder Brows, are a semi permanent brow style. A tattoo machine is used to create a soft-shaded look by placing pigmentation in thin dots across the brow into the epidermis layer of the skin. This shading technique creates the illusion of a full brow with or without natural hair present.
